TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Leadership Strategy Sessions, Leadership Development Programs, and Virtual Classes

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in consulting services, leadership development sessions, virtual programs, and culinary classes provided by Lynne Creatives, LLC (“Lynne Creatives,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
These Terms apply to services delivered through:
Lynne Creatives affiliated brands, including Busy and Baked
By purchasing, scheduling, registering for, or participating in any program, session, class, or service, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Lynne Creatives provides consulting, leadership development experiences, and educational programming designed to help individuals and organizations strengthen strategic leadership, communication, team performance, and organizational culture.
Services may include:
One-on-one strategy sessions
Leadership training programs and workshops
The W.H.I.S.K. Method™ leadership framework
Virtual cooking classes and culinary education experiences through Busy and Baked
Digital or downloadable toolkits, templates, and resources
Post-session recommendations or follow-up strategies
All services are educational and advisory in nature and are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.
2. Booking and Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of booking through the designated payment platform.
Session bookings are confirmed only after payment has been received.
For leadership sessions, clients will receive a confirmation email and may be asked to complete pre-session preparation materials such as the Power Play Assessment to ensure the session is tailored to their needs.
Failure to complete preparation materials may impact session outcomes but does not entitle the client to a refund.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Strategy Sessions and Consulting Services:
Clients may reschedule a session once with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Lynne Creatives reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, clients will be offered either:
a rescheduled session, or
a full refund.
4. Virtual Cooking Class Registration and Rescheduling
Virtual cooking classes are hosted by Lynne Creatives through the Busy and Baked brand.
Registration fees must be paid in full prior to confirming participation.
If Lynne Creatives cancels a class, participants may:
reschedule to another class, or
receive a full refund.
Participants may request rescheduling 48 hours prior to the class. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 30 days of the original class date.

No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
If a participant does not attend a class, they will receive access to the class replay where available.
5. Technology and Platform Access
Virtual classes and sessions may be conducted through platforms such as Zoom.
Participants are responsible for:
maintaining reliable internet access
installing required software
ensuring their device compatibility
Lynne Creatives is not responsible for technical issues caused by participant devices, internet connectivity, firewalls, or browser conflicts.
6. Confidentiality
Both Lynne Creatives and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during sessions, programs, or classes.
Clients agree not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute proprietary methods, materials, frameworks, or content provided by Lynne Creatives without written consent.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, training frameworks, recipes, presentations, course materials, and methodologies provided by Lynne Creatives remain the exclusive intellectual property of Lynne Creatives, LLC.
This includes but is not limited to:
The W.H.I.S.K. Method™
leadership training structures and frameworks
program exercises and facilitation methods
digital templates and toolkits
Busy and Baked cooking class materials
recipes, instructional materials, and culinary content
Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal organizational purposes only.
Clients may not:
reproduce or distribute materials
teach or present the materials
create derivative programs or competing services
sell or sublicense the content
remove intellectual property notices
Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.
8. Proprietary Framework Protection
The W.H.I.S.K. Method™, including its structure, acronym, sequencing, conceptual framework, and instructional design, is proprietary intellectual property owned by Lynne Creatives, LLC.
Protection extends beyond written content and includes the methodology’s conceptual structure and instructional architecture.
Clients may not:
recreate substantially similar frameworks
develop competing programs based on the methodology
adapt or rebrand the framework for commercial use
Participation grants permission for personal application only.
9. Artificial Intelligence and Technology Restrictions
Clients may not upload, input, or submit Lynne Creatives materials into artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, or automated content platforms for purposes such as:
rewriting
summarizing
training AI models
generating derivative content
This restriction applies to all course materials, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, and written content.
10. Results Disclaimer
Lynne Creatives makes no guarantees regarding specific results, performance improvements, revenue outcomes, or leadership outcomes.
Success depends on individual participation, implementation, and follow-through.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynne Creatives, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or programs.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service or program.
12. Refund Policy
Leadership strategy sessions are non-refundable once booked.
Virtual classes are non-refundable after registration except where Lynne Creatives cancels the event.
13. Recordings and Media Use
Sessions or classes may be recorded for internal training or documentation purposes.
Recordings will not be publicly distributed without participant consent.
Clients who voluntarily provide testimonials grant Lynne Creatives permission to use those testimonials for marketing purposes.

14. Professional Conduct
Participants agree to maintain professionalism and mutual respect during sessions, programs, and classes.
Defamatory, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in termination of participation without refund.
15. Food Allergies and Culinary Risk Acknowledgment
Participants in cooking classes acknowledge that food preparation activities involve inherent risks including allergic reactions and kitchen-related injuries.
Participants are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and modifying recipes as needed to address allergies or sensitivities.
Lynne Creatives, LLC is not responsible for reactions caused by participant dietary conditions.
16. Alcohol Consumption
If alcoholic beverages are consumed during a class or event, participants acknowledge they are responsible for their own conduct and safety.
Participants agree not to operate vehicles or machinery if impaired.
17. Liability Waiver for Culinary Activities
Participation in culinary classes may involve physical activity and kitchen equipment.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release Lynne Creatives, LLC and its representatives from liability for injury, illness, or damages arising from participation.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
19. Updates to Terms
Lynne Creatives reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Company website and become effective upon publication.
